In class today we I will present the last (formal) lecture of the semester.  The topic is: Association Rule mining.

I’ll also make some remarks about the assignments that were just graded.

The main focus of our time together will be review / prep for Wednesday’s exam.  The study guide for the exam is posted out on the class schedule.

Today we will discover Python Pandas! 

(Pandas is a Python library used for working with data sets. It has functions for analyzing, cleaning, exploring, and manipulating data. The name “Pandas” has a reference to both “Panel Data”, and “Python Data Analysis”.)

In class today we will wrap up ICA 8. 

Assignment 5 has been announced, and it is due next Wednesday.

In class today we will wrap up the material on semi-structured data.  This will include ICA 7.

If time permits we will begin ICA 8.
