The course includes three assignments :

1- Building a Budget (individual), due by end of day Friday September 28

         Instructions : Assignment 1_Building a budget

2 – Build versus Buy Decision (individual), due by end of day Friday November 2

Instructions : Assignment 2_Build vs Buy

3- Stakeholders Review (team), between week 11 to 14

Instructions : In this assignment, you and your team will focus on your ‘elevator pitch’ for your project. Depending on the week, you’ll have to present your pitch to the following stakeholders:
a) CFO
b) CTO
c) CEO
d) Project sponsor
e) End user (someone who will be using the project or application every day)

You should prepare a 90-120 second overview of your project with current status. No document submission required. This is an oral communication.
Also, be prepared to answer certain job-related questions (i.e.-if your week is Finance, how is the budget looking? Are you on track or over/under?) 
All team members need to be present to receive full credit
