The Tic Tac Toe Game
What does the app do?
-The app allows two users to join a game room, play tic-tac-toe games, and see who wins in a 9-round tournament (the winner of 9 tic-tac-toe games).
How many individuals can work on a single project?
-Up to 2.
What are the deliverables and their due date?
-Design of the screens and identifying the app components (due date: 04/06) – 10%
-Design of the data model (due date: 04/08)- 10%
-Design of a single screen app that allows one individual play the game (due date 04/15)- 30%
-Add the join room screen, make the app interactive with your Firestore, and make the tic-tac-toe screen a two-player game (due date 04/22)- 50%
***Update: In using the lab, make sure they check both doors to the room and if they are both locked, you can call AV support: 215-204-4177. Make sure you email me immediately if neither of these options work. I will get back to you ASAP.***
The lab will be open 9am-7pm Monday through Friday, starting tomorrow, the 11th. To use the lab, make sure: (1) to respect the capacity of the room, which is 9, and to sit only at the designated workstations (red dots in front of them), and (2) to do the COVID testing that is required to be on campus (this is a general requirement to be on campus, which I am sure you are familiar with).
MIS lab on 6th floor (602) has set up machines available if you have issues running the applications on your home machine. The set up machines are on red dots in closest row to the entrance, red dot seats in middle row, and rod dot seats in the back on the last row (there is a wall on the right side of that row).
