STARS Air Ambulance IT Balanced Scorecard
My intent was to focus on the aspects of the IT BSC that are most relevant to the challenges faced by the STARS IT organization at the start of its new CIO’s tenure. Not surprisingly, the picture is bleak because STARS had virtually no IT governance at that point.
