Baking Treats for the Homeless
- The goal of this activity was to spread cheer and joy around Halloween. Through baking cookies with a few of my friends on Halloweekend, we were able to provide desserts to the Grace Cafe at Arch Street United Methodist Church. The Grace Cafe feeds about 200 individuals on Sunday nights. I’m happy I was able to spend my morning, relaxing and baking to help feed individuals. On a personal note, I learned how to efficiently package items and deliver them in a timely manner.
