Academic History

Fox School of Business, TEMPLE UNIVERSITY

FSBM, Temple University was recommended to me by my economics professor. I did a huge amount of research and attended several info session. FSBM became my first choice institution and it continues to impress me with the rapid progress that has grabbed national and international attention. After intensive planing and research I chose a combination of Finance & MIS to be my area of concentration, I have a natural appreciation for how resources are allocated and how markets behave . I also was always fascinated by innovative business models and processes, leveraging technology and problem solving. In addition I wanted to acquire a diverse set of skills and take advantage of what FSBM has to offer.

I am going through my junior year, learning and evolving every day And interacting with some of the most impressive people that were or potentially will be among the leaders of the business world in the near future. And I am not expecting any less from myself.

 HARRISBURG AREA COMMUNITY COLLEGE

Harrisburg Area Community College was my foot in the door in my big transition. I had the chance to benefit from the resources to students ratio of a small college. I was delighted to be taught by seasoned and respected faculty in their respective disciplines, including a former CEO, Reese’s former Product manager and a judge. I earned an associate degree in Business Administration in May 2012[GPA 3.33] and transferred to the Fox School of Business since I was planning my classes accordingly.

I figured in the dean’s list and earned a transfer scholarship.

ELMANSOUR EDAHBI HIGH SCHOOL

I always insist on talking about how my high school education contributed largely to my cultural capital and linguistic skills since it took place in Morocco, a country where I lived most of my life. The curriculum was math and physics intensive which helped me develop a scientific approach to solving problems and a curiosity about learning new things. One of my biggest gains was taking advantage of living in a bilingual country and have Arabic & French as my languages.
