Applications of Generative AI in Learning and Development

This LinkedIn Learning course gave me a fresh perspective on how generative AI can transform learning and development programs. I learned how to create engaging content like workshops and simulations that make learning more interactive and practical. I also explored how AI can help identify skill gaps through needs assessments and design targeted training programs that really make an impact.

As an MIS major with an upcoming internship in information security, I can see how these skills will be useful in my career. Whether it’s developing effective training for teams or using AI to solve complex problems, this course has given me tools to work smarter and more creatively. Plus, it ties into my growing interest in AI and how it’s shaping the future of work and learning.
