In this LinkedIn Learning course, “Build Your Own GPTs” by Alina Zhang, I learned valuable techniques like the Pentagram framework for prompt engineering, chain-of-thought, and few-shot learning. These concepts are relevant to my upcoming course, Information Systems Innovations with AI, and my internship in information security.
The Pentagram framework was especially insightful for developing structured prompts to guide AI outputs. I also found chain-of-thought helpful for breaking down complex tasks into manageable steps. As I continue to grow my interest in AI, I’m excited about how these techniques can enhance both security tasks and broader information systems. This course has definitely deepened my interest in AI, and I look forward to expanding my knowledge in this field.
