- Pace-Man Project – Route to Market Analysis:
- Performed an in-depth review of market and competitor analysis on wearable technology in sports, specifically marathon industry
- Conducted customer segmentation, researched competitors advantage, and provided recommendations on products pricing, routes to market and distributions, and promotional strategies
- Identified target customers and used ZOHO CRM to generate leads
- Set up digital funnels with conversion rate for larger-scale development
- Market Analysis for Specific Inventions
- Using Business Model Canvas to inform marketing strategy
- Development Marketing collateral and give video and brochure presentation
- I learned to analyze data and identify trends in the market. I also learned new business-related tools like BizLabs, LinkedIn Helper, Hunter, and ZOHO CRM and integrated these tools to create a business start-up plan for Pace-Man research group. I helped transfer the results of technology and app development to an entrepreneurial opportunity.
