IT Summer Intern, ZeroChaos Contracted to GlaxoSmithKline
During the summer I interned at GlaxoSmithKline as an Information Technology intern under their U.S. Pharma division with the Master Data Management Team. Attached, you will find the signed offer letter from ZeroChaos, they are the contracting agency that GSK uses to hire interns and co-ops.
Some my duties included:
working with outsourced resources on updating their monthly performance reports in order to align their objectives and priorities with GSK’s.
Assisting management in writing and editing documents such as project charters to get quarterly release projects approved by business unit owners.
Assigning and tracking work performed by outsourced resources and generated metrics for upper management.
Updating data in GSK’s product data management system with new industry standards.
