- Provide technical support to professors and students, increasing their efficiency and productivity
- Monitor and manage over 120 desktop stations across four various computer labs
- Troubleshoot lab equipment and software on every week
- I was able to graph more depth understanding about how I am able to troubleshoot on computers. Since I am a Mac user, I gained experience on using it on Dell which is extremely helpful because it is good to use both. I was able to also learn how to problem-solve when the computer is not displaying the visual properly.
