- My overall role at ACR was to work in the IT Department to work on projects that included cleaning data which violates HIPPA. I worked with engineers and staff to help maintain the integrity of the system, data structure, and provide consistency. I would also help assist is quality assurance documentation of work instructions and configuration documents for the ACR core lab systems.

- I have worked a project on a project to clean slices of images from certain scans that could expose anything about patients personal information as well as the technicians and doctors initial. I originally started working on this project in the beginning of the summer and I have finally reached the end. I have accomplished excellent recording of the specifics details and as well as trouble shooting softwares and other applications. (I cannot disclose the full details about my project because it is violation of HIPPA.)
- What you learned and how it relates to your major (e.g., describe what you learned from this experience in the context of specific courses)
- I have learned so much about ACR in the past four months, I have learned how to pull and push cases after the changes are made in TRIAD. I have learned how to troubleshoot technical issues such as not being connect to the VPN to when TRIAD status is stopped. How to pull cases from other sources other than TRIAD. I have learned to ask and speak out when something is not working and make sure that the work I am doing is accurate and efficient. I have seen what ACR has to provide as a culture and the opportunities for their workers. We are currently working on an Amazon Web Services project to help make data processing a little easier to clean and see what cannot be seen with the naked eye. I am also learning a lot about AWS in my cloud architecture class which really helps at ACR. We have learned to how to access remote desktop and what the process is about getting there.
