Commercial Sales Delivery Analyst Intern

I am currently working full-time at TD Bank in Cherry Hill, NJ.  I began on January 5th as a part-time intern, and in March they offered me the full-time intern position for this summer.

My role includes planning, forecasting, reporting and analysis for the Regional Commercial Bank.   I have been in constant communication with our Regional Vice Presidents, providing them with monthly and quarterly reports based on the work their lenders and my team have accomplished.  Another aspect of the internship is preparing pre-call planning packages (prospecting packages) and prospecting lists for our Relationship Managers and our agents all throughout the east coast.

Throughout my internship so far I have learned how to extract and extrapolate data into meaningful statistical analysis, how to use various reporting tools, and how to track, analyze and report on Key Performance Indicators.  My coworker and I also built an Access Database together in order to track and automate our processes.  After three months of coding and one week of testing, our database is up and running smoothly.

Another aspect of my internship has been a summer-long intern project surrounding the Diversity and Inclusion program here at TD.  Each team was given a different program to propose new ideas for implementation in the upcoming year.  My group was given the Women in Leadership program and our goal was to engage millennials.  We created a proposal and hosted a PowerPoint presentation to thirty executives across our footprint during the final week of our internship.

I will return to interning part-time in the Fall.
