Corporate IT GRC Intern
Over the summer of 2023, I worked at Fortune 500 AmerisourceBergen as an Corporate IT GRC Intern. I assisted with a variety of IT function-specific job assignments and contributed to the completion of many established and on-going projects related to Master Control Electronic Quality Management Systems (eQMS). My role heavily consisted of cleaning, manipulating, and transforming data to fulfill stakeholders’ needs in Excel and Master Control. I verified and organized workday reports on a day-to-day basis to ensure systems were running properly in conjunction with 5000+ users in Master Control (eQMS). During my internship, I applied the lessons from MIS 2502 Data and Analytics to create reliable metrics for stakeholders and directors. By the end of my internship, I learned how to apply my data analytics skills to the real world and gained a better understanding of the business practices in other departments at AmerisourceBergen.
