Technical Support Specialist for Temple University Physicians

At my position as technical support specialist I learned about the back end operations for how our users completed there everyday tasks. Part of my job is setting up new computers for deployment to the end users, which includes learning how to use encryption software. Also, I was lead on a project where my team and I had to force aging computers, that we could not replace yet, to accept updated software to ensure users did not lose functionality when the older software lost support. During that project I revised our early methods of updating software to increase the speed of the update process by 15%.
