Personal Journal Entry 10/3/14
This week our PM’s had their first test so most of their focus has been on doing that. Outside of that, the focus going forward will be on further defining the scope of what is the e-commerce site will look like. We will meet as a team to discuss the upcoming third and final meeting with Somerville Lumber. Per Mike Ellis, the second interviewee, the third interview should give us more of an insight into the technical side of the fence. Hopefully after this meeting we will have a very clear understanding of how Somerville Lumber expects their e-commerce site to function and whether or not updating their outdated inventory system is out of scope.
