Personal Journal Entry 10/17/14
As per our meeting on Wednesday, 10/15, the BA’s have begun to focus in on what their prototype will look like. Several ideas have begun to service and none seem to be creating any sort of scope creep. The BA’s have realized, since conducting the interviews, that what we had originally had expected to produce has changed. In our opening meetings we discussed this very thing- we knew that the deliverables would have to be adjusted along the way. It became apparent that, during the third interview, Somerville Lumber did not want to any type of financial transactions taking place via the website. We also realized that our focus should be more on Cornerstone Home Remodeling that the lumber side of things. We have started to craft ideas that fit the need and wants of Somerville. Going forward, our BA’s will be focused on prototyping these ideas in JustInMind and will also begin to develop use cases and personas to fit around this prototype.
