AstraZeneca Pharmaceutical LLP: Wilmington Delaware: Business Analyst Intern
-May 2014 to August 2014
-Worked on Three Main Projects:
1) Contracts Management Project: Creating sales based contracts in AstraZeneca’s Contracts Management System to support a product acquisition and data migration project.
2) Validata Project: Utilized Revitas Validata Application to load and validate more than 1000 commercial script-level data files to identify records that were not in accordance to company’s tolerance.
3)Productivity App Project: proposed innovative solution to implement productivity map to reduce impacts to meetings due to inability to locate meeting rooms or desk locations for contractors or new employees.

Philadelphia Weekly Magazine: IT Intern
– A local news magazine with local dining reviews, music venue reviews and real estate listings. I was the only IT Intern at Philly Weekly. I interned from Nov 2013 to May 2014 working part time and full time during the winter break. I was in charge of the following:
-Assembled ACT, Mac, and email servers, and assisted in the construction of more than 50 computer workstations in new company office.
-Upgraded machines’ operating systems from Windows XP to Windows 7 in order to maximize productivity and efficiency.
-Assisted with troubleshooting processes and procedures for three separate offices.
THE JONES GROUP:
The Jones Group is in the fashion industry. They own different clothing lines including: Jones NY, Anne Klein, Rachel Roy, Brian Atwood, and Kurt Geiger. They most produce women’s clothing, shoes, but have recently acquired the Kurt Geiger line which produces men shoes.
What Is Desktop Support:
The backbone of the users, as a desktop support intern it is my job to deploy new hardware, upgrade software, troubleshoot and fix any issues with PCs, mobile devices or Printers. The main function is to make sure that each user working for Jones has the ability to work at a well running computer, Blackberry, or Ipad. I work with new individuals everyday to help the company run smoothly.
Role I played as Intern:
i. Working on the BB upgrade project
ii. Working on Security FEP project
iii. Deploying new Win 7 Computers and Laptops
iv. Setting up Projectors for meetings and conferences
v. Troubleshooting for different software and apps
vi. Using SCCM to create Jones Images for all new computers.
