RoomMe ^TM is a platform to help people match with compatible roommates (RoomMes ^TM).

Users

Designed for the diverse Temple University student population, RoomMe is meant to be used several times throughout a student’s career – not just once as a freshman.

Whether you are:

A freshman student looking for a first-year roommate…

A sophomore returning from a study-abroad experience mid-year…

A junior looking to live on campus…

Two seniors who know they want room together but need a third… RoomMe is for you!

Temple Service

RoomMe is connected to the Temple server, so students log in using their AccessNet credentials. By making and designing specifically for Temple, the “roommate pool” is as large as possible.

 

Make Your Profile

Each user fills out a Q&A and creates a profile based on factors that are crucial to the roommate matching process. Users provide information related to where they want to live, their school year, sleep preferences, cleanliness level, pet preferences, and much more. The app then takes this data and compiles a list of your best potential RoomMes.

 

View Your Matches

Your matches are listed according to compatibility. You can view each of their profiles, star the ones you’d like to favorite, and view their social media.

 

Message Your Favorites

Send a quick “Hello!” to anyone who sticks out, and view messages from others looking to connect with you.
