Contextual Inquiry: Going Remote with an In-Person UX Research Technique
Deb Gelman, SVP of Experience Design at Bottle Rocket, spoke about contextual inquiry in a remote setting. In her presentation, Gelman explained what contextual inquiry is as well as it\’s three main activities. She then discussed the 5 things that need to be done when doing it remotely: break it up, use technology, narrow your focus, play with your tools, and self reflect.
