A few good things that come from working remotely are an increase in flexibility, the ability to work for companies that are not in the local area, and the opportunity for upskilling with remote education. Some of the bad things that come from working remotely are burnout, the obstacle of doing projects over Zoom, and the increased hurdle of moving up in the company.
