During this Fireside Chat, Christopher Kearns, Senior Vice President for NBCUniversal, talked with Dr. Munir Mandviwalla, Associate Professor of MIS. Kearns discussed that technology companies are focused on the consumer experience. He also talked about the importance of being proactive with technology. Additionally, Kearns explained how COVID-19 has affected him and the other employees of NBCUniversal as well as what the transition back to in-person work will look like. Kearns concluded his talk by saying that the most important skill for success is learning agility and the eagerness to learn.
