Information Technology Assistant
- Job function: I assist Professor Schuff in teaching the MIS 3406 – Cloud Architecture class.
- My job includes helping students with any problem they might have while they work in the In Class Assignments. I also hold office hours where students can ask any question regarding the class or the projects.
- From this opportunity, I learned how to solve issues related to Amazon Web Services. I also learned that sometimes people do know the answers and they need a little push to be confident about their answers. This opportunity is also helping me improve my communication skills, as I often talk a lot with the students and try to answer their questions.
