Career Goals and Aspirations
After graduating from Temple University, I hope to obtain a position within the Human Resource Management field in order to gain professional experience. I will also work to obtain my Masters Degree in either International Relations or Business Law or a related field. My goal is to work for a company that aligns its HR department strategically with its company culture and organizational goals in order to better the success of the company. I am excited to take the knowledge I have learned in my academic career and implement it into real world scenarios. I hope to use my knowledge and ideas to better the strategies and fit of any HR department I work for.
