As a Business Operations Analyst, employed by hg, Trevor is responsible for analyzing employee data, supplier cost, food cost, and negotiating with various vendors to reduce overall product cost to facilitate expansion into additional areas!

- Assist with vendor reconciliation reports for month end financial closing
- Compile reporting on data for all hg employees
- Create incremental food cost reporting for all hg recipes, sauces, and dressings to ensure accurate food cost measurements
- Create Cost per unit reporting for all hg branded inventory products including apparel, accessories, and printed materials to assess overall inventory level cost
- Create cost analysis reports to compare and evaluate potential vendor pricing to facilitate expansion
- Negotiate with existing and potential nut vendors to reduce product pricing and freight charges
- Monitor and engage potential hg consumers on social media, using tools such as Hootsuite
- Reach out to local schools and businesses for the purposes of building hg’s brand and promoting community involvement
