Interests and Associations
In addition to his extracurricular sports activities, Trevor is a contributing member of Temple University’s American Marketing Association, under the Corporate Relations Committee. He currently helps the administration, and his fellow committee members, secure sponsorships and donations from companies in the Philadelphia area. He was responsible for securing 3 out of the 7 sponsors for the Digital Branding Conference in the spring of 2014.
Trevor is also an active member of Temple University’s student chapter of the Association for Information Systems. AIS serves as a student professional organization, open to any Temple University student interested in a Management Information Systems-related career. AIS offers students many opportunities to promote the study and practice of management information systems including professional development, social, and community activities.
Trevor has been recognized for his outstanding academic achievements by Beta Gamma Sigma and has been asked to join their Temple University chapter. Beta Gamma Sigma is the international honor society serving business programs accredited by AACSB International – The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business. Membership in Beta Gamma Sigma is the highest recognition a business student anywhere in the world can receive in a business program accredited by AACSB International.
To the left is a picture of Trevor’s High school Basketball team with Trevor holding the plaque in the middle. Basketball has always been a great source of joy and passion for Trevor. Since he was 5 years old, Trevor has been playing in a variety of basketball leagues from Travel leagues to playground leagues, and schools teams as well. He loves to be a team player on and off the court. Teamwork is an essential and transferrable skill that will aid Trevor in his business adventures.
