ODL Student Worker
As a Fox ODL student worker, I worked with Assistant Technical Support Specialists, Tech Support Specialists, and Instructional Designers on the Fox Online & Digital Learning Team. My primary responsibility included supporting Zoom sessions and facilitating online web conferences for graduate and undergraduate programs. I also worked alongside Technical Support Staff to manage videos, aggregate data and support computer hardware. I prioritized and handled multiple projects of a technical nature and was accountable for and relied on to assist faculty, staff, and students during live Zoom sessions both during the day and night.
