CST Career Fair
I attended the career fair for College of Sciences and Technology because I am interested in exploring more technical roles and companies. Although I was from the FOX school, my MIS major aligned with many job positions since I have the technical background and experience from my classes. One advantage I had compared to other students was that I also understood business concepts and knew how to communicate technical concepts in non-technical audiences, a skill important for tech consulting. I was also able to see the big picture in how technology and business is related when speaking with recruiters regarding open positions and what their company does.
