Interpersonal Communication
The course covers different types of work scenarios and provides solutions to arising issues. Additionally, it also covered body language, formality, and communication. Overall, the course improved my professional communication dexterity. What I find to be the most helpful is the solutions to a situation where you need to affirm a method for communication whether that be with a friend, boss, or client and to establish a plan if there were an emergency.
