The course highlights a structured approach to leveraging ChatGPT to generate high-quality output for various professional use cases. One method for obtaining better results is to use text delimiters “”” [ text ] “”” to separate the prompt from the resources and to organize prompts. The course also touched on tailoring the prompt for the target audience, the format of the output, and the use of personas. One interesting use I found is to ask ChatGPT to use emojis for sections and sub-sections, which provides a visual cue for the content of the texts. Leveraging better prompts provides future uses in professional settings such as using it to proofread documents, offer improvements, and pointing out issues in the documents.
