Office Associate
ePro Associates is a small health insurance brokerage company with around 10 employees. The position involves general office operations, customer service, marketing, and other administrative duties. Two key projects I have worked on so far include client website development and the company’s UX/UI website overhaul. The client’s website featured a toggle button for Chinese and English, an auto-play video, and product/service descriptions of the liquor store that was up for sale. Additionally, I have integrated the website with Zoho CRM forms, enabling automated logging of submissions and automated follow-up emails, including links to complete NDAs. The website’s files are hosted on Github, and deployed through Netlify. The next project I worked on was improving the overall UI/UX of the company’s website, introducing better usability and navigation to enhance client and customer experience. These two projects applied the knowledge learned from MIS courses to a real-world application, along with learning to integrate new technology outside of coursework. Some of the skills applied are Web development, CRM integration, and UI/UX.
