I provided technology development and project management support while assisting in the management of day-to-day operations, ensuring all networks and infrastructure are secure, recoverable, and functioning properly. I worked on the Enterprise Content Management Application Development team within the IT department, working with the following applications: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Visual Studio/Team Foundation Server, ServiceNow (IT Service Management PaaS), and ImageRight.
Completed projects include:
- Redesigning the Microsoft SharePoint Server network topology diagram in Microsoft Visio
- Creating a training manual for ServiceNow customized for performing Enterprise Content Management Application Development Support
- Building and running custom reports in ServiceNow and Microsoft Team Foundation Server to assist in the management of the Enterprise Content Management Application Development team
- Configuring Microsoft SharePoint sites in alignment with specific team needs
- Overseeing the beta stage of upgrading Microsoft Team Foundation Server to the latest version across the company’s network
- Processing tickets daily to assist with the administration of ImageRight, insurance content management and workflow system, for over 800 employees worldwide
