• Worked with business and IT leads to define strategy, scope, and process to migrate 27 clients on to a new billing system, and terminate the preceding system
• Led a team of 8 to develop a virtual reality exposure therapy application to increase e-coaching program engagement and completion rates among millennials within the Behavioral Health business
• Coordinated daily backlog updates and weekly sprints using scrum framework, agile methodology, and project management software
