Personal Journal Entry (week ending 11/14/14)
This week each PM was assigned the responsibility of finalizing one or more deliverables for the final project. My responsibility will be the Risk Management Plan. Finalizing the deliverables entails revising errors/issues that we have found throughout the semester through taking notes on what other groups were doing correctly and incorrectly. By assigning deliverables responsibilities, we will be able to get the deliverables done on time with better quality compared to everyone collaborating to work on one individual document.
