In the MIS course, we learned briefly about the disruptions caused in an organizations in a event of jeopardized cloud security, therefore, to gain more awareness and understanding in cloud security, the course seemed to explain the basics of security in the cloud. Dominique West, a certified cloud security professional, helped in a developing a solid understanding of how the cloud works is essential for securing and managing it. Whether you’re at work, at home, or traveling, we need to be aware of everyday cybersecurity to get the most out of your experience of the web. Dominique West show how we can protect our data, digital identity, and overall security on the cloud. She also explains about the various ways enterprise cloud security can impact everyday life, developing an awareness of common attack types and prevention strategies to protect your privacy. Overall this course was helpful in many ways, such as discovering different wats to protect devices on a home or public network, secure smart IoT devices and ways to prevent cyber attacks in the cloud.
