UX DesignOps: Overview
In the course UX DesignOps: Overview, the basics of UX DesignOps, was similar to the UX design course at Temple, with the integration of design team into an agile, business-driven development process. This course by Dee Sadler, explains DesignOps as a human-centered approach to better planning and collaborating using an iterative agile approach that helps a design or product team scale become more successful. It also provides an overview of the practice, from designing better workflows to scaling your UX team, and most importantly, to learn how to work effectively with developers and stakeholders and measure your success. Furthermore, Sadler is UX expert and from her experience, she explains all the interdependencies and communication channels needed to make it work efficiently in every step of the business processes.
