CMO Foundations Creating a Marketing Culture

In this training, we learned about defining marketing culture, identify how to shift the culture, explain the culture change management, define purpose, vision, and goals, utilize recognition and rewards and measure marketing culture values. Defining the culture in business is important because it allows people to understand their work and purpose, which motivates them. The training also talked about how Chief Marketing Officers (CMOs) can help to cultivate the marketing culture. The role motivates and engages the workers to participate in the company programs and environments.

This is helpful for my professional skill because we also talked about business culture in our business classes and it do relate with each other.
