Scrum Master

In this LinkedIn learning, I learned about how scrum master helps candidates master the foundational knowledge. In the learning, I was able to review the roles and responsibilities of the scrum team, different types of scrum events, artifacts produced during the scrum lifecycle, how scrum masters track the progress on their projects using burn-down charts and other reports. In accordance with Agile principles, Scrum master was able to help the project management framework to enable a team to communicate and self-organize to make changes quickly.
