I accomplished this LinkedIn Learning on March 31, 2022. I learned about ethics in tech and design. Technology courses are not only about development or coding, ideas of ethics and how to design for an organization is also considered important. We need to consider who and how these designs are used, the purpose of the product, as well as privacy and security. Topics covered were why ethics matter, documenting core capabilities, mapping consequences, assigning a utility values, privacy and security and discovering virtues. This relates to my course because it talked about ethics leadership which will be needed when I work for tech designs.
