Emotions are an important part of what makes up a person and they don’t just stop when you go to work. Controlling ones emotions and understanding the emotions of others around you is key to strong leadership. This course assisted me in not only recognizing skills to manage my own emotions but also recognize others emotions and how that recognition can be used to better lead others.
