During this live webinar, employers from multiple companies spoke about what specific qualities and traits in applicants stood out most to them and why certain applicants were chosen compared to others. I was able to listen to employers from Vanguard, UGI, PECO, and many more. I found this webinar especially helpful at this time because I am currently in the process of applying for full-time roles for post-graduation. I have used this knowledge and have already gone ahead and made some changes to my resume.
