Salesforce essential training

In this LinkedIn Learning, I engaged in a comprehensive lesson on Salesforce, a customer relationship management platform. This lesson gave me some basic knowledge of CRM, that I had not been taught in academic classes. The modules in this LinkedIn learning consisted of, getting started, managing current customers as accounts and contacts, managing potential deals as opportunities, and mange prospects as leads. This course also covered the best practices for utilizing Salesforce as a sales and marketing tool, emphasizing its role in streamlining and organizing business processes.

Overall, the “Salesforce Essential training” on LinkedIn Learning not only expanded my knowledge of the platform but also equipped me with practical skills that may apply to my future roles. This experience enhanced my ability to comfortably navigate through Salesforce while contributing to my proficiency in CRM.
