What employers want
This event consisted of multiple different employers who spoke about what they look for in job applications. They went over what sticks out to them when looking through resumes, interview tips, and the advantages of networking. The employers went over their own backgrounds and professional development since then. This was beneficial to learn from the employers themselves what they are looking for in their potential employees. As a senior, I will take all this new knowledge and tips as I apply for jobs this year.
