Information Technology Assistant
As an ITA, my role is to help not only the students but also the professor with miscellaneous tasks. I am students\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\’ first resource when they have trouble with an assignment or an in-class activity. Some of the work that I do include reviewing students\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\’ assignments and coordinating with the instructor regarding student involvement in class, as well as assisting students with basic JavaScript, HTML, and CSS homework assignments. I\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\’ve successfully helped over 50 students with coding assignments. Through this role, I\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\’ve learned how to assist others in ways they may be struggling, specifically in coding or working with CRM software, like SalesForce. In the workforce, I expect I will be working with a CRM or code, so getting more exposure now is something that I am grateful for.
