Collaborative Leadership
This video taught me how to position myself as a leader in a collaborative setting as enterprises increase collaborative work. I learned to create a comfortable environment where people can share ideas and feel comfortable which will then allow them to perform there best. I also learned about the importance of body language and the effect it can have on those interacting with you.
