What I learned
In this webinar I learned about third part risk management and the risks associated with it.
I learned that a third-party is an entity that provides products or services to your organization.
Some TPRM drivers are complex and ever-changing risk landscape, technology and information shifts, and efficiency gains.
Some risks associated with third parties are financial risk, cyber risk, and privacy risk.
Privacy risk is a risk that an organization\’s data is compromised or lost due to deficiencies in the privacy controls of the third-party.
Some TPRM foundational components are governance and oversight, policies and standards, and third party inventory.
How activity relates to coursework or career goals
This activity relates to my career goals in that I am participating in this activity to receive PRO points. I need 1000 PRO points to graduate and I want to graduate so I can be hired in a job pertaining to my major(MIS).
