Introduction to Blockchain Architecture in Business
This event was an introduction to how blockchain programming and system management can be used in various industries in business. It was sponsored by TU BlockChain (TUBC). My role was to simply view and understand some of the information being presented to me by Bob Hartley, the head of solutions architecture at Kaleido. Some things I learned is that blockchain has been being used and developed for so many years that we are now at the tipping point of being incredibly lucrative. It was in development for the NYSE but was cancelled due to high costs and low functionality, but it could be implemented in so many other areas of business to keep information secure while providing only what’s necessary.
