Information Technology Assistant
As an Information Technology Assistant, I would evaluate students’ assignments about digital product management in a business setting that elaborates on how digital products are conceived, designed, secured, and deployed. As well as this, I led office hours and study sessions for a class of approximately 80 students on the basics of topics like component-based software architectures, APIs, process decomposition, and JavaScript. And supported students during in-class activities by providing them guidance and help with their assignments as well as any concepts that they may not fully understand.
Being an Information Technology Assistant has helped me to gain more knowledge on how to better help others in an area that I am knowledgable in, as well as building up my own knowledge on the subject in order to hone my own MIS capabilities in areas such as JavaScript, Swim Lanes, and ERDs.
