Rotational Intern
During the summer of 2023, I had the opportunity to serve as a rotational intern at Baker Tilly. Within this period, I engaged in various facets of technology consulting, tax-related activities, and assurance practices, significantly expanding my skill set. Collaborating closely with a dedicated team, I undertook substantial research and conducted detailed statistical analyses, contributing meaningfully to the advancement of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives within the company.
A notable achievement during this time was the successful completion and presentation of a 3-week intensive case study. This comprehensive study focused on strategically developing inclusivity initiatives in the workplace, with the aim of fostering a more diverse and inclusive professional environment. This multifaceted experience at Baker Tilly not only broadened my professional horizons but also deepened my commitment to driving positive organizational change.
