Info System Organizations
Through this course I was able to learn the  importance of information technology and the multiple ways  it can benefit a business. I’ve also engaged in many valuable projects that has allow me to understand and explain many information systems applications. Some of these applications include customer relationship management systems, enterprise systems, e-commerce applications, transaction processing systems, business analytics, and other emerging technologies. One of these projects had permitted me to obtain hands-on experiences with the SAP system. Through this project I was able to learn the functionality of the sales order processing component of the SAP, including order to cash, as well as some of their human resources features, such as labor scheduling.

Financial Management
In this course, I had the opportunity to learn and about the financial problems associated with the life cycle of a business firm. In addition, I  was also exposed to concepts that deal with the decision making within different forms of business organization. Some of the topics that were covered in this course included financial analysis and planning, capital budgeting, cost of capital, and the sources and uses of business funds.

Financial Accounting
This course has taught me the basic concepts and principles underlying the preparation and use of financial statements. Among the topics covered are basic accounting theory, transactional analysis, income determination, asset and liability valuation, and the preparation of financial statements. 

Managerial Accounting
After the completion of this course, I now have a full understanding of the basic concepts related to the manager’s role in making business decisions using accounting data. Topics that were taught in this course included cost classification, behavior, and allocation, cost-volume-profit analysis, operating and capital budgeting, variance analysis, performance evaluation and responsibility accounting.

Macroeconomic Principles
Throughout the course, various macroeconomic principles that were covered included business cycles, inflation, unemployment, banking, monetary and fiscal policy, international economics, and economic growth.

Microeconomics Principles
Through this course, I was able to learn about the market system, supply and demand, cost, competition, monopoly, oligopoly, factor markets, and public goods.

Marketing Management
This class has introduction me to the role of marketing in the U.S. economy and within the firm. The interaction of marketing with other business functions and with society. Components of marketing strategy including analyzing what markets and needs the firm will serve; deciding when, where, and how the firm will meet these needs; and understanding why (i.e., a compelling business reason) the firm should do this. Study of marketing mix development issues, including product development and management; pricing; integrated communications and promotion; distribution, logistics, and supply-chain management; as well as other decisions involved in this process.

Leadership and Organizational Management
This course had prepared me to address the challenges of leading high-performing organizations. I’ve  examine the enablers of principled organizational leadership and performance.  Topics that were covered through this course included leadership, change management, decision-making, culture, team building, organizational structure and control, communication, social responsibility and sustainability, motivation, human resource management, and globalization.

Legals Environment of Business
This course has introduced me to the essential aspects of law with an emphasis on the legal environment of business. I’ve also learned the basics of contract, tort, property, and administrative law as well as international law.
